As Tom's business flourished, reaching new heights, the couple found themselves at a pivotal moment in 2016. With their daughters embarking on their university journeys, Erika decided to join forces with Tom, obtaining her real estate license to complement his expertise. This dynamic duo proved to be an unstoppable force, with Erika seamlessly managing the behind-the-scenes operations, allowing Tom to focus on expanding their client base and delivering unparalleled service.
