Tom earned his real estate license shortly after the move and started working alongside Erika’s mom. At first, it was all about figuring things out and building connections in this beautiful town. Over time, Tom’s business took off—not because of flashy gimmicks, but because he loves helping people. Fast-forward to 2016. Our daughters were off at university, and it was the perfect time for Erika to jump in and officially join the team. After years of running a busy household and homeschooling our twins, Erika was already an expert at staying organized, solving problems, and making people feel supported. Now, she handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes work, from managing transactions to keeping everything running like clockwork. That means Tom gets to spend more time focusing on what he loves most: meeting new people, building relationships, and making sure every client feels like family.
